At Ritaul Botanico, we ensure a secure and efficient payment process for all wholesale partners. Please review our official payment policy below:

Payment Methods

We accept wholesale order payments through the following methods:

  1. ACH Transfer

  2. Wire Transfer

  3. Payments from any physical US bank, including but not limited to:

    • American Express Bank

    • Capital One

    • Chase Bank

    • Bank of America

    • Wells Fargo

    • CitiBank

    • And all other verified US banks

  4. We also accept transfers from verified digital banks such as Revolut, etc.

Payment Processing Time

ACH Transfers

  • ACH payments usually take 1 to 3 business days to be received in our account.

Wire Transfers

  • Wire transfer payments normally reflect within 12 to 24 hours after being sent.

Order Confirmation & Documentation

Once we receive your wholesale order payment in our account:

  1. Our team will immediately issue your Paid Invoice.

  2. You will receive the Letter of Authorization (LOA).

  3. We will provide the Brand Registry Documents, which are accepted by Amazon and all major marketplaces.

Documents are released only after payment confirmation.

Important Notes

  • Wholesale orders are processed after full payment is received.

  • Payments are accepted only through ACH or Wire Transfer.

  • We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, or other online wallets for wholesale orders at this time.
