Wholesale(MOQ & MAP)

To maintain brand integrity and ensure fair market representation, Ritual Botánico follows a strict wholesale policy for all partners. Our wholesale partnership program is designed for businesses that are aligned with our values and committed to representing our products in a professional and ethical manner.

The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 320 units. This requirement allows us to maintain consistent production standards and ensures that only serious partners join our distribution network. Orders below this quantity are not processed under any circumstance.

The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for wholesale partners is set at $3,680. We enforce this policy strictly across all sales channels. The purpose of MAP is to protect our brand value, prevent price wars, and ensure that all sellers have a fair profit margin. Sellers are not allowed to advertise or sell below this price point.

Any violation of MAP policy may result in termination of wholesale privileges. We monitor pricing closely and expect our partners to respect the established pricing structure. This creates a fair marketplace for all sellers while maintaining Ritual Botánico’s premium positioning.

We do not allow discounting or underpricing on marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay unless pre-approved in writing by our team. Resellers who attempt to bypass MAP enforcement risk permanent suspension of their wholesale account.

By accepting our wholesale terms, partners agree to follow MOQ and MAP requirements in full. This ensures that every product sold under the Ritual Botánico name upholds the same level of integrity, quality, and value that we promise to our customers worldwide.
